To be successful in this role it is envisaged that the suitable candidates will be self-motivated and highly organised with ideally 6+ years PAE experience with Employment Law .
Joining their close knit employment law team, the suitable candidate will be working closely with a highly esteemed Partner and senior lawyers and their high quality clients.
Some of the matters in this role will include:- termination and dismissals; employment contracts; dispute resolution; discrimination and equal opportunity; enterprise bargaining; OH&S Advice; restructuring, downsizing and outsourcing; workplace policies and training.
The successful candidate will have:- Experience with Employment Law (6+ years PAE) A genuine client 'service' attitude.
Excellent communication & time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and well developed drafting skills.
Ability to multi task and manage competing priorities.
Be able to work autonomously and as an integral team player.
