Senior Associate/Special Counsel Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join a leading mid-tier firm's nationally recognised Workplace Relations & Safety team. As a Senior Associate or Special Counsel, you will have the opportunity to work alongside expert Partners on the full spectrum of employment law, including ER, IR, workplace safety, litigation, and advisory.



About the Role
  • Collaborate with some of Australia's most respected Partners in the field of employment law.
  • Work on high-quality, diverse matters across employment, industrial relations, and safety law (advisory and litigation).
  • Enjoy a supportive platform to continue to grow as a lawyer, with opportunities for exposure on complex matters and building lasting client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for working with expert Partners on the full spectrum of employment law, including:



  • ER, IR, workplace safety, litigation, and advisory.


Requirements
  • A strong experience in employment/workplace relations law.
  • Confident in drafting, advocacy, mentoring juniors and building relationships with clients.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering practical, strategic advice.
  • 5–9+ years of post-admission experience.
