Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced corporate environment? As a part-time Office Administration Assistant at EVH, you will play a critical role in supporting our Head of Finance with day-to-day accounting and data entry tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including data consolidation and coding of client and internal expenses from various sources, importing client and internal expenses into the Harvest platform, and maintaining accurate records.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of administrative procedures and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. You will also need to be proficient in using various software applications, including Xero accounting platform and Uber platform.
