We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Support at Home Occupational Therapy.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing emails and electronic client files, taking calls and intaking new clients, and keeping our team organised and efficient.
A typical day in this role will involve:
- Effective management of email correspondence and electronic documentation
- Taking phone calls and processing new client information
- Maintaining a high level of organisation within the team
- Contributing to a positive and productive office environment
