This is a key leadership position that will oversee the operations of our sewage systems. As an experienced team leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of technical experts who are dedicated to improving treatment plant performance.
- Lead and develop a skilled technical team within Operations.
- Manage scientific and engineering programs to drive innovation and excellence in sewer operations.
- Apply innovative methods to solve complex process challenges and improve efficiency.
You will work closely with your team and across departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities- Leading and developing a skilled technical team within Operations.
- Managing the Operational Support program for sewage systems aligned with strategic objectives.
- Applying innovative methods to solve complex process challenges and improve efficiency.
- Trialling and implementing new technologies to improve treatment plant performance.
- Preparing reports and documentation for executive and technical audiences.
- Evaluating environmental, customer, and community impacts on all decisions.
- A degree in Engineering or Science relevant to water and sewerage systems.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience applying engineering and/or scientific principles to optimise treatment process performance.
