Financial Operations Lead

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical professional to assume a key leadership role in our financial operations. As a highly successful and rapidly growing business, we require an individual who can effectively manage our day-to-day financial activities, ensuring timely and accurate postings to our digital accounting platforms.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a small team, influencing department heads outside of finance, and possessing some exposure to financial modelling and an understanding of external investments.
About the Role:
- Lead the financial operations, maintaining high standards of financial management and reporting.
- Monitor and analyse cashflow position and external projects.
- Produce high-quality management information and financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely submission of financial reports.
- Collaborate with the Finance Director on various accounting projects.
- Maintain relevant project documentation and contracts.
- Perform company secretarial duties as required.
- Assist in year-end procedures and annual audit.
