Job Description

We are seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and transport operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large teams in fast-paced operations environments, with a strong understanding of team dynamics and operational processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and support direct supervisors and their teams across transport, picking, and stock control.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including dispatch, receipting, stock rotation, and compliance management.
  • Drive process improvement through coaching, clear communication, and consistent leadership.
  • Coordinate stock movement, storage, and system receipting in partnership with the Stock Controller.
  • Monitor and schedule vehicle and building maintenance.
  • Manage site rostering, overtime tracking, and payroll reporting.
  • Promote a safe, compliant, and audit-ready environment.
