Job Summary

This role combines business analysis, service design, and change adoption to support technology projects covering application development and implementation as well as broadcast and IT infrastructure upgrades and initiatives.

  • Expertise in scoping, planning, and scheduling business readiness activities to ensure effective delivery of project activation plans and support adoption of change.
  • Assisting the Business Readiness Practice Manager to build capability among team members and colleagues on project delivery and emerging trends.
  • Carrying out requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis of data, technology systems, business processes, and people impacts.
  • Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders; reporting progress and addressing issues and risks promptly.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Business Readiness Expert with considerable experience in developing and delivering business analysis, service design, and change activities in an IT environment.
  • Extensive expertise in analysis of complex IT systems, business processes, and people impacts, with proven experience in service design and delivering change.
  • Exceptional ability to apply theoretical technical, process, and people-related concepts to business requirements including user experience and human-centred design approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide expert knowledge to management, stakeholders, and users.
  • Demonstrated ability to take a lead in project teams, coaching, and contributing to the development of practice processes and mentoring staff.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to convey or translate complex technical information to target audiences.
