Job Description

We are a leading provider of support services to individuals with disabilities, delivering high-quality care to over 10,000 participants annually. Our multidisciplinary team approach ensures that we build a tailored support service around the needs and goals of each participant and their family.

As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including clinics and community locations, providing therapeutic services to individuals of all ages and abilities. Our caseloads are designed to cater to your experience and interests, offering a mix of early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents, adults, and AAC services.

  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
  • Deliver early intervention and parent coaching services to children aged 0-5 years
  • Assess and implement literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC services to school-aged children (5-18 years)
  • Provide functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management services to adults
  • Support individuals with neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
  • Experience leading and supporting others
  • A passion for collaborating in a multidisciplinary team
  • A desire to make a real difference within the community
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS
