Speech Pathology Role Overview

This leadership position in speech pathology combines hands-on clinical work with senior responsibilities. You will deliver outreach services to adults and children on swallowing and communication needs, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert outreach speech pathology services on swallowing and communication needs to ensure best patient outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and supervise staff to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Lead quality improvement projects to drive better client results and community impact.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • A passionate and client-centred Speech Pathologist who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment, driving excellence in patient care.
  • Strong clinical reasoning, initiative, and a flexible mindset to adapt to changing circumstances.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Must hold a bachelor or postgraduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia, or an equivalent qualification as determined by the employer.
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW is essential.
