Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the delivery of a significant Class 2 residential development.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in managing budgets, timelines, and contracts.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience delivering multi-unit Class 2 projects. Their key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing end-to-end project delivery across scope, design coordination, budget management, schedule control, procurement, quality assurance, subcontractor management, and site safety.
  • Monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving issues proactively.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, value-add, and outcomes, thereby driving growth and success.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including architects, consultants, clients, and site teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant Class 2 building codes, contracts, and statutory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Class 2 residential developments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of Class 2 building codes and regulations.
