Lead Fitness Classes and Inspire Others

As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will be responsible for leading fitness classes in various formats such as Schwinn Cycle, Freestyle, Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Zumba. Your enthusiasm and passion for fitness will create an inclusive environment for participants to achieve their health and wellness goals.

About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and qualified instructors who possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service. You will be required to have relevant certifications such as Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module, or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL). Additionally, you may need to complete a Freestyle Instructor course if necessary. A valid Working with Children's Check and current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificates are also essential.

Key Requirements
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and possessing excellent communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module, or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL).
  • Ability to complete additional training courses as needed.
  • Valid Working with Children's Check and current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificates.

Previous experience in the fitness industry is highly regarded, but not essential. Our ideal candidate will possess a friendly, can-do attitude and be available to work evenings and weekends.
