As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design coordination and documentation process on large-scale Class 2 residential and shopping centre projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Senior Design Manager in ensuring all design outputs align with project requirements.
  • Coordinating day-to-day design queries and ensuring that designs comply with NSW Class 2 building regulations and industry standards.
  • Liaising with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design challenges quickly and efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years' experience in design management or coordination, preferably on Class 2 residential or shopping centre projects.
  • Strong documentation and coordination skills (Revit, AutoCAD, or similar exposure is highly regarded).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
