
Senior Governance Coordinator

As a key player in our team, you will be the organisational backbone for senior leaders, responsible for coordinating meetings and travel, preparing documents for critical discussions, and ensuring governance processes run smoothly.
About the Role:- You will provide seamless support to the Board, including managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and preparing expense claims.
- Organise and prepare Board and Executive Committee papers, agendas, and action registers, ensuring deadlines are met and information is accurate.
- Handle confidential and sensitive documents with professionalism and integrity.
- Assist with projects, audits, and reporting activities that support the broader corporate governance function.
You will be trusted to manage sensitive information, liaise with Directors, Executives, and business leaders, and keep track of key actions and deadlines.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:- Providing proactive support to senior leaders, anticipating their needs and requirements.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, action plans, and other relevant documentation.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of business solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- A minimum of [X] years' experience supporting senior leaders or Boards.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
