Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for board and committee meetings, including agendas, papers and action items.
  • Maintain accurate company records, reporting tools and governance documentation.
  • Support compliance processes by assisting with audits, policy reviews and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the key link between the governance team, the Board, executives and wider business units.
  • Provide timely administrative support, ensuring information is accurate, confidential and delivered on time.
Requirements
  • Experience in supporting board or committee functions (scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing deadlines with ease.
  • High attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Advanced computer literacy.
  • Ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of governance frameworks, legislation and best practice compliance.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a governance or combined governance/legal role.
