Senior Renewable Energy Project Manager

Brunel is working closely with a well-established renewable energy developer currently going through a growth phase to secure a senior development manager for its team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the renewable energy industry, be able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and have solid project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team in developing strategies for solar, battery (BESS), hydrogen, and hybrid utility-scale projects from conception to completion.
- Secure permits and agreements through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- 3-5+ years of experience in renewable energy project development.
- Extensive knowledge of solar, BESS, and hydrogen regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Chinese language proficiency is required.
- Commercial acumen and business development skills.
- A desire to make a lasting impact in the Australian renewable energy industry.
