Role Overview

The Performance Coordinator is a foundation role that establishes operational excellence in a range of biddable practices. You will support day-to-day work that delivers effective campaigns, ensuring best-in-class consistent implementation, optimisation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Establish strong relationships with media, data, and technology partners to drive business growth.
  • Foster deep trust and understanding with agency client teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Contribute to great teamwork in your immediate team to achieve shared goals.
What You'll Spend Your Time Doing
  • People (15%): Positively contribute to daily or weekly team meetings, proactively managing workload or delivery concerns.
  • Product (50%): Support the team in all aspects of biddable delivery, from setup and implementation to troubleshooting, optimisation, and pacing.
  • Client (10%): Establish an understanding of client challenges, objectives, and initiatives.
  • Commercial (25%): Deliver accurate and timely reconciliation of campaigns, ensuring all financial and compliance processes are followed with 100% accuracy.
