### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Manager to join our team at Wavemaker Nexus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering success across all facets of the business. Your expertise in biddable media will enable you to manage a portfolio of clients, lead a small team, and maintain a market-leading view of best practice.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage team workflow, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring goals are set and met
* Hold constructive performance evaluation meetings with team members, setting clear KPIs and monitoring achievement
* Assist in the training and development of junior team members
* Ensure all output is of the highest standard, conforming to GroupM's best practices across planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting
* Oversee the end-to-end biddable process, ensuring QA compliance and use of best practice
* Lead biddable projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders to define and deliver success

### What You'll Need

* Highly skilled in biddable media
* Ability to lead a small team and maintain a market-leading view of best practice
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Ability to work effectively under short deadlines
