Motor Insurance Recoveries Expert Lead

This is an opportunity to lead a team in managing complex motor vehicle claims and fostering a high-performing, compliant, and values-driven team.

  • Manage end-to-end recoveries and claims for large fleet and hire vehicle customers.
  • Act as an escalation point for the wider team, guiding resolution of complex or high-risk matters within your delegated authority.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing support and guidance to team members.
  • Support the wider claims and recoveries team in complaint resolution, client meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-time position with regular working hours.
  • Office location with excellent public transport links.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and brokers to manage recoveries and claims.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and internal frameworks.
