Currently we have a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to become a valuable part of our service team as a Warranty Administrator.

In this position you will provide warranty support to the wider dealership group. Reporting to the Warranty Manager, and working closely with BMW workshop team, you will be responsible for all matters related to the processing of warranty claims to maximise warranty recovery for the Company, whilst adhering to BMW guidelines. This position offers a 6 to 12-month contract, requiring 2 to 3 days per week, with the potential for extension.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring prompt submission of all warranty claims and overseeing all warranty related issues.
- Validating the accuracy of warranty claims.
- Liaising with BMW regarding claims/queries.
- Checking, processing, and following up on all warranty and goodwill claims.

To be successful in this role, you will have a high degree of technical understanding and capability, complemented by sound computer literacy. Practical experience using dealer systems (ERA Power) and proven experience within a role of similar scope will be viewed favourably.
