We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to become a valuable part of one of our growing service departments. This role is an excellent opportunity for a results orientated leader that thrives in an energetic and fast-paced environment.

Playing a fundamental role in ensuring our exemplary customer service levels are maintained and upheld, this position requires you to:

- Manage the Service Department to ensure that customer requirements are processed with the highest standard of Customer Service
- Ensure optimum workshop efficiency, productivity and safety
- Observe and ensure the attainment of agreed targets and goals
- Develop, maintain and continuously evaluate management statistics, service department plans and budgets
- Ensure the department is run in line with BMW values and standards.

To be successful in this position you must be able to work comfortably within a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication skills to resolve difficult situations with diplomacy.

Prior experience in a Service Advisor capacity, and exposure to the Reynolds & Reynolds computer system is desirable.
