  • Keep accurate records of clients, services provided, and casework activities.
  • Address client needs through targeted group sessions focused on life skills and independence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualification and/or substantial experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated high-level casework and program management skills.
  • Experience working with culturally diverse and vulnerable clients.
  • Capacity to develop and maintain functional relationships with key stakeholders.
