As the Culture Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing culture engagement initiatives across TAFE NSW and individual business units.
- Enhance employee engagement and commitment for high performance and positive culture.
Main responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing culture engagement strategies.
- Amplifying the voice of employees.
- Strong project management skills.
- Analyzing employee engagement surveys.
- Effective communication to convey insights and provide related advice.
Requirements include:
- A valid Working with Children Check.
- Degree in relevant field or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience.
