About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned infrastructure project manager to lead post-settlement processes and policies for buyback properties in the Northern Rivers and Central West regions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee property management activities, ensuring seamless execution of housing infrastructure projects.
  • Manage a team to deliver post-settlement activities, including drafting condition reports, service disconnections, occupancy arrangements, home relocations, and demolitions.
  • Implement restriction requirements for properties to prevent future residential use.
  • Monitor and report property stages, developing fit-for-purpose outputs to communicate program updates.
  • Build team capability on relevant policy obligations, property management expertise, and resources to overcome sensitive challenges within local communities.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A collaborative approach to community queries and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in developing procedural frameworks, governance structures, and reporting documentation to contribute to a cohesive team.
  • The ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results in ownership and occupancy rights.
  • Hands-on experience in managing property and housing infrastructure programs or similar projects is beneficial.
