Career Opportunity: Clinical Leadership

The role of a Clinical Nurse Manager/Deputy Director of Nursing & Midwifery is critical in supporting the management team at an Inverell Hospital. This position works closely with Nursing and Midwifery Unit Managers, Clinical Nurse Educators, and the Health Service Manager to achieve organisational goals.

This dynamic role requires proactive and collaborative leadership skills within a diverse team environment. The successful candidate will need strong organisational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple tasks across different teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of quality assurance and workplace health and safety initiatives
  • Support with clinical recruitment and implementation of clinical programs and projects
  • Delivering safe, effective, and efficient healthcare services to the local community
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Work Environment:

Based in Inverell
