About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting management team in delivering safe effective healthcare to the local community
- Overseeing quality work health and safety initiatives
- Assisting with clinical recruitment staff development
- Implementing clinical programs projects across the facility
We are seeking a registered nurse with current registration AHPRA who possesses excellent communication interpersonal skills, as well as strong organisational time management skills. The ideal candidate will have a proactive collaborative approach within a diverse team.
A key aspect of this role is to oversee quality initiatives which include developing policies procedures ensuring compliance with relevant standards regulations.
The Clinical Nurse Manager/Deputy Director of Nursing Midwifery will play a critical role in supporting the management team. This involves collaborating with other departments to achieve goals objectives.
