As a Nursing Manager/Deputy Director of Nursing and Midwifery, you will play a critical role in supporting the management team at Inverell Hospital. This position is responsible for overseeing quality and work health and safety initiatives, implementing clinical programs and projects, and assisting with clinical recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical teams
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
