Clinical Leadership Opportunity

A dynamic and innovative leader is sought to fill a key role at Inverell Hospital, driving collaboration and innovation in a rural setting. The successful candidate will oversee quality and work health and safety initiatives, assist with clinical recruitment, and implement clinical programs and projects across the facility.

This role requires a proactive and collaborative approach within a diverse team, as well as strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to manage a variety of tasks across different teams.

About the Role

This Clinical Nurse Manager/Deputy Director of Nursing & Midwifery position plays a critical role in supporting the management team at Inverell Hospital. The successful candidate will work closely with Nursing and Midwifery Unit Managers, Clinical Nurse Educators, and the Health Service Manager to drive quality and improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A registered nurse qualification with current registration
  • Experience in leadership roles
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • $66.51 - $67.83 Per Hour + 12% Super + Salary Packaging + Incentives
