Job Description">

This is an exciting time to join our organisation as we have recently launched our new Strategic Plan and are busy translating it into operational plans across the organisation. This role will play a major part in directly supporting this plan.

The Kronos Implementation Specialist will be responsible for leading and managing several remediation and uplift activities for the organisation in line with the strategic plan objectives.

As the HRIS implementation expert, you will have demonstrated experience in the implementation of HRIS or other related HR systems, including Kronos, strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills, and experience in developing workflow and process maps.

You will possess strong literacy and research skills and be able to produce written material of a high standard. You will have exceptional stakeholder relationship and communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Take an educational approach to enable managers to assume increasing responsibility for all aspects of people management.
  • Support organisational learning via post-implementation reviews & education.
  • Ensure proper governance of resources within delegation and risk mitigation and/or reporting.
  • Analytical thinking/problem solving skills – working systematically & logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand, identify causes, relationships and implications.
