Job Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various projects. This involves collecting, organizing and maintaining data relevant to ongoing projects, as well as working collaboratively with project leads and team members to ensure project milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support to project teams by analyzing data and summarizing findings to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and other relevant insights.
  • Collaborate with specialists to understand and interpret financial data, operational metrics, and workforce data.
  • Prepare and contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and other documentation required by the team.
  • Ensure documents are accurate, well-organized, and professionally presented in line with company standards.
  • Build rapport and communicate effectively across all levels of staff.
  • Coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders, prepare agendas, capture key outcomes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in an analytical or business field - ideally with 3+ years' experience in a strategic, commercial, or consulting environment;
  • A developing capability in consulting and strategic problem-solving, and a desire to learn more about the evolution of professional services and the business of law;
  • Approachability and a collaborative spirit;
  • Strong attention to detail, with an ability to independently manage competing priorities;
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills and ability to think 'outside of the box' to find solutions;
  • The ability to convey information, data, and knowledge in a clear, concise, confident, and credible manner.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; training in basic data visualization is highly desirable;
  • Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment and build relationships;
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player, with confidence navigating ambiguity.
