Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Contracts Administrator. This position will support the Project Manager in delivering large or complex projects successfully, ensuring alignment with project, business, and legislative requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing contracts administration teams and contributing to document production. They will be responsible for coordinating with the Project Manager to define roles and responsibilities, compiling accurate scopes of work for subcontracts, and administering project management processes.

  • Ensure project plans align with project, business, and legislative requirements
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to define roles and responsibilities for the CA team
  • Compile and review accurate scopes of work for subcontracts
  • Administer project management, change, and control processes in compliance with project plans, contractual and legal conditions, time bars, and administrative timeframes
About You
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a Contract Administrator delivering projects in the commercial sector
  • Ability to problem-solve and respond appropriately to a range of project requirements
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with stakeholder management skills
Key Skills
  • Experience using industry-standard software such as Jobpac, Acconex, and Payapps
