Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to join our team and provide administrative and operational support to the Program Management Office (PMO) for large-scale strategic projects. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the PMO team.
  • Support the planning, execution, and governance of programs.
  • Navigate complex workstreams and activities.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience working within a project management discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program or project coordination.
  • Certification in Project Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a PMO role within large, complex or multi-year programs.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
