Job Summary:

The role of EDRMS Administrator involves providing high-quality support to users of the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS). This includes leading the investigation and resolution of complex system issues, managing user access and security, monitoring system performance, and initiating remedial actions as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and configuration of the EDRMS in consultation with business units, external vendors, and State Records of South Australia
  • Ongoing maintenance of the Business Classification Scheme implemented on the EDRMS
  • Providing technical assistance and training to users of the EDRMS
  • Liaising with internal IT personnel and vendor consultants to coordinate technical tasks and upgrades
  • Managing user access and security, including developing and maintaining EDRMS usage reports and statistics
  • Leading responsibility for the planning and upgrade of the EDRMS, including end-user acceptance testing and management of change associated with system upgrades

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have strong technical skills, with experience in EDRMS administration and configuration.
