Job Title: Electronic Health Record Implementation Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support the implementation of our electronic health record system. The successful candidate will provide critical support to the project management team, coordinating, monitoring, and resourcing concurrent activities to deliver a major electronic patient care record system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Plan and prioritize workloads while providing support to multi-disciplinary team members in delivering project objectives.
- Knowledge Sharing and Team Collaboration: Promote knowledge sharing amongst team members and maintain a collaborative team approach to work and problem-solving, ensuring high-quality, client-centric service delivery within agreed deadlines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the project manager, staff, and internal and external stakeholders, including service providers and vendors.
- Communication and Engagement: Support communication and engagement activities, ensuring changes are communicated to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Project Administration and Documentation: Coordinate comprehensive project support and reporting services ensuring compliance with SA Health eHealth Governance Framework and Project Management Methodology Framework.
- Process Development and Continuous Improvement: Develop, implement, and monitor processes for collection and reporting of project data and information.
- Administrative Support: Provide responsive point of contact services, coordinate project administration functions, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, minute recording, and travel coordination.
- Research and Analysis: Undertake minor research projects and analysis of data, information, processes, and systems to identify and manage project-relevant issues.
- Training Coordination: Coordinate delivery of internal team training requirements, performance development processes, and support project finance, procurement, and audit activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in project coordination, administration, and support roles.
- Skillset: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
