- Manage the full renewal process, including outbound calls, documentation, and protection reviews.
- Provide accurate personal protection quotations and process changes to existing protections.
- Collaborate with underwriting and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify member needs and match them with the right protection solutions.
- Support complaint resolution and contribute to continuous service improvement.

- Has strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to achieve positive sales outcomes.
- Demonstrates excellent time management and organisational abilities.

Requirements:
- Previous sales experience and ASIC RG 146 Tier 1 qualification.
- Desirable: Insurance industry experience.
