Operational Excellence: The Role of an Administration Officer
">We are seeking an experienced and skilled administration officer to provide exceptional support in a safe and efficient manner. This key role involves strategic planning and delivering projects, ensuring accurate processing of work orders, purchase orders, and repair services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with experience using SAP, Infor, or equivalent fleet platform systems. They will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve complex internal and external customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise and receipt purchase orders and invoices
- Monitor and close all repair and services orders
- Plan and execute scheduled maintenance for fleet and equipment
- Continuously monitor Work-In-Progress reports
- Maintain workshop stock control records
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP, Infor, or equivalent fleet management platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite
