Job Description:

The Claims Management Group is a key contributor to the delivery of an effective, fully funded and sustainable workers' compensation scheme.

The group works with employers and employees to identify strategies that facilitate early and sustainable return to work or recovery at work. This includes working with clients to develop tailored injury management plans and providing ongoing support throughout the claims process.

The Claims Administration and Income Support (CAIS) team performs critical financial and administrative services to support the claims business in managing claims transactions. The CAIS team operates under two sub teams: Income Support and Financial and Client Services.

The Income Support team is responsible for determining incapacity and making payments to eligible employees. They work closely with other teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.

As a member of the Financial and Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the team and assisting with financial processes such as budgeting and forecasting.

You will also work closely with clients to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
