This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Finance and Administration Assistant. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of financial and administrative processes. Reporting directly to the Finance and Office Manager, you will be responsible for a mix of finance support, research support, office coordination, and administration support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable
  • Coordinating monthly payroll for internal staff
  • Reconciling bank statements and credit cards, assisting with project accounting reconciliations
  • Supporting remote working teams
  • Supporting RD&E teams through monthly secretariat services including minutes
  • Managing reception duties, procurement and general office support
  • Supporting the organisation of meetings for the CEO, team and board including travel and accommodation bookings

About the Role

">

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent organisational skills, and experience in an administrative or finance support role. You will also have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $80k + 12% Super (pro-rata), plus onsite parking and flexible working hours available. This part-time role is 21 hours per week, preferably spread across 5 days.
