Course Advisor Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Course Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding prospective students through course options and enrolment procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with previous experience in a course advisory role or equivalent experience in other sales-based positions.

You will be responsible for providing timely responses and follow-ups on enquiries from prospective students via phone and email, building relationships with course enquirers while developing positive communication and dialogue, encouraging enrolment using a consultative, need-based approach, and maintaining course enquirer records in the CRM System.

About this Opportunity

This is a permanent, full-time role with flexibility in your workdays, offering standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although occasional adjustments between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM may be required.

We welcome applications from candidates based in either Melbourne or Adelaide who are passionate about inspiring students about career opportunities in their chosen program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely responses and follow-ups on enquiries from prospective students via phone and email
  • Build relationships with course enquirers while developing positive communication and dialogue
  • Encourage enrolment using a consultative, need-based approach
  • Maintain course enquirer records in the CRM System

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a course advisory role or equivalent experience in other sales-based positions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Experience in utilising CRM systems to manage external client relationships
