We are excited to welcome emerging HR professionals to join our growing team in Adelaide, SA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of HR experience looking to take the next step in an operational focused role.

The role will be based at Hindmarsh with regular time spent in both Brompton and Regency Park sites. As a generalist HR professional, you'll provide support across the business, working closely with People Business Partners and leaders to build strong teams, support workforce planning, and contribute to a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement.

  • Deliver day-to-day HR support, including coaching leaders and managing employee relations.
  • Support Business Partners to guide workforce planning, skills profiling, and classification structures.
  • Provide policy advice and interpret Award and Enterprise Agreements to support industrial relations projects.
  • Support operational recruitment processes, including apprentices.
  • Contribute to the analysis of HR data and trends to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with:

  • 2–3 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or maintenance/service industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, policies, and industrial instruments.
  • Exposure to Enterprise Agreements and employee/industrial relations frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with confidence to handle challenging conversations.
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
