A reputable global law firm is seeking a skilled Lawyer to bolster its Projects & Energy Transition teams in Australia.

The Role

The project finance practice operates globally with multiple location-based teams. We are making significant progress and looking to enhance our teams with this new position.

We require a Lawyer with experience in project finance, corporate, or acquisition finance to work on complex and challenging project finance matters.

About the Position
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience gained within a top-tier or mid-tier firm;
  • Strong technical skills in finance law and drafting, coupled with commercial awareness;
  • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively, mentor lawyers, and actively contribute to matter workstreams;
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
  • Advanced drafting skills; and
  • Exceptional attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
