Project Finance Lawyer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced lawyer to join our project finance team in Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading team on high-profile energy and infrastructure deals, providing innovative financing solutions for top-tier clients.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project finance matters, preferably from a leading law firm or financial institution, and a strong academic record. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

Job Requirements:
  • Unrestricted Australian or New Zealand practicing certificate
  • At least 3 years' legal experience in project finance matters
  • Experience working on significant project and asset acquisition finance transactions
  • Excellent academic record and strong legal skills
  • Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team
