Project Finance Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated project finance lawyer to join our team. This role will involve working on complex transactions in the infrastructure, energy and resources sectors.

  • Key responsibilities will include advising clients on project finance transactions, drafting legal documents and negotiating agreements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in project finance, with experience in finance and exposure to project finance highly regarded.

  • Key skills and qualifications include:
    • Strong analytical, negotiation and drafting skills
    • Commercial awareness and ability to work effectively with clients
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have around three years' post-qualification experience (PQE) or equivalent, with a strong interest in project finance.

While direct project finance experience is preferred, we are also open to applicants with a property finance or general banking background who are eager to focus their career and build strong relationships with top-tier clients active in this space.
