Project Finance Lawyer

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project finance to join our global practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in relation to finance law and drafting, coupled with the ability to address legal advice within a commercial context.

  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience gained within a top-tier or mid-tier firm
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced drafting skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
