Project Finance Lawyer Role

A leading global law firm is seeking a Project Finance Lawyer to join its team. This role will involve working on complex and challenging project finance matters, providing legal advice and support to clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with lawyers and other stakeholders to deliver project finance deals
  • Provide technical expertise in finance law and drafting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a top-tier or mid-tier firm
  • Strong technical skills in finance law and drafting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior lawyers
