Workplace Law Career Opportunity

The Workplace Law Team is seeking a qualified and experienced solicitor to provide high-quality legal advice and services in workplace law matters.

This role will involve delivering timely and effective legal advice and services to the claims department and our members. The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant tertiary legal qualifications.
  • Eligibility to hold an unsupervised practising certificate as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia.
  • Demonstrated post-admission experience in employment law, ideally over 2 years.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of prioritisation, time management and self-management skills.
  • Good computer literacy and competency to work in an electronic document management environment.
