  • This role involves conducting WHS prosecutions, including indictable offences and reckless conduct, as well as providing strategic advice on safety and compliance matters.
  • The successful candidate will act for regulators, government bodies, and select private clients, preparing for and appearing in coronial inquests and jury trials.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
