Job Title: Import Operations Coordinator

Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating import operations to ensure timely delivery, developing and maintaining strong relationships with shipping companies and suppliers, providing excellent customer service and communication skills, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in managing containers into the port
  • Excellent knowledge and skills in import documentation/clearance
  • Good connection with sea freight market
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to think outside the box and resolve issues
  • Computer literate
  • Full working rights - must be available Monday to Friday
