Our Import Air Freight Forwarding division seeks a highly organized and skilled professional to lead end-to-end import air freight operations, ensuring seamless execution from origin to destination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of import air freight operations, including coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise closely with customer service teams daily to address queries, resolve issues, and maintain excellent relationships.
  • Collaborate with the airport retrieval/transport team to ensure efficient cargo handling and processing.
  • Utilize EDI Cargowise for all aspects of operations, leveraging its capabilities to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
