As Centre Manager, you will play a central role in leading daily operations, ensuring excellence across all aspects of centre performance. Your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations, including the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within an early learning or childcare setting.
  • An ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
  • A deep understanding of early childhood frameworks, learning through play, and nature-based education.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for creating safe, inspiring environments where children and educators thrive.
  • Current certifications in Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma (or willingness to obtain).
  • Child Protection training or willingness to complete relevant courses.
